Stephen A. Smith says he has a lot of respect for Youtuber turned boxer, Jake Paul.
Paul has been clowned at times on social media for choosing easy targets to battle him in the ring. Stephen A. Smith doesn’t agree.
“I don’t know how good he is, but I know he’s good based off of what we’ve seen. I know he’s somebody that should be respected on a multitude of levels,” Smith said. “Boxers need to appreciate him more because he is showing them that there’s a way to make money without being at the mercy of the promoters.”
In other news, Jake Paul went off on Game Theory host, Bomani Jones. Jones is a reporter who is not afraid to ask tough questions. Jones asked Paul what he thinks will happen if he loses. Paul says he didn’t train to lose and when Jones pressed the issue, he told him, “I don’t know who the f-ck you are.”
