Stefon Diggs Sued Over Ferrari Theft Claims & Alleged Attack!

Lyndon Abioye |

Stefon Diggs is asking a Florida judge to slow down a lawsuit accusing him of falsely blaming former consultant Nigel King for the theft of his Ferrari and allowing members of his circle to attack King.

King filed the case in February, alleging he previously worked as a concierge for Diggs and managed travel, vehicles and other personal arrangements. He says he coordinated the Ferrari’s transportation from Miami to New York and, later, to Houston in 2024, where it was stolen. King claims law enforcement never charged him or identified him as a suspect.

According to the complaint, King continued working with Diggs after the theft but later learned that the NFL receiver had allegedly told others he had taken the car. King says those accusations cost him clients and damaged a business built on trust.

The lawsuit also alleges people connected to Diggs confronted King on several occasions. During a Dec. 4, 2025, incident at Tootsie’s Cabaret in Florida, King claims one of Diggs’ friends punched him in the face, leaving him bleeding and with lasting injuries.

A text cited in the filing allegedly said Diggs was “responsible and accountable for all actions of those around me.” The claim has not been decided in court.

Diggs asked that proceedings be paused until the other defendants were served, arguing he could not properly defend himself without them. Those defendants were reportedly served in June, allowing the case to move forward.
