Stefon Diggs Ordered to Clarify How He Knew Man Behind S*xual Assault Claims!

Stefon Diggs must explain more clearly how he knew Christopher Blake Griffith before the night Griffith alleges the NFL player drugged and sexually assaulted him, a federal judge has ruled.

The June 3 order came after Griffith’s legal team challenged Diggs’ response in discovery and when he was asked to describe his relationship with Griffith before the alleged May 2023 incident, Diggs called him an “acquaintance.” The judge said that the answer did not go far enough and ordered Diggs to submit a “truthful, complete, and non-evasive response” within 14 days.

Griffith worked as a clothing designer with Diggs on his fashion label, Liem Homme. Griffith alleges that Diggs drugged and sexually assaulted him on May 22, 2023, inside Diggs’ Rockville, Maryland, residence.

Diggs has denied the allegations. In court filings, he has said he returned from a charity basketball game in Washington, D.C., went straight to bed, and that he did not assault Griffith. He also filed a defamation lawsuit against Griffith last November, claiming the allegations were false and made for social media attention.

The court also ordered Diggs to provide more detailed answers about his contact with Griffith in May 2023 and to identify the people who were at his Rockville home during that time. The judge sided with Diggs on one issue, ruling that he does not have to answer questions about alleged prior possession or distribution of controlled substances.

Griffith’s attorney, Jake Lebowitz, said his client intends to fight the case in court.

“Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the world in Court that regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ high-priced New York Lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and his brother’s violent attacks,” Lebowitz said.

That statement references a separate incident involving Diggs’ brother, Darez Diggs. Griffith alleges Darez and two other men pulled him from an elevator near his Los Angeles home, kicked him in the face and took his phone. Griffith claims the phone held evidence tied to the alleged sexual battery. Darez later pleaded no contest to felony assault charges.

Griffith says the elevator attack left him with fractures to his left leg and ankle, a meniscus tear, a traumatic brain injury and PTSD.
