Christopher Griffith has settled his $10 million lawsuit against Darez Diggs over an alleged 2023 attack, while his separate sexual assault case against NFL star Stefon Diggs remains pending.
Court documents obtained by TMZ show that Griffith reached an agreement with Darez and a Los Angeles apartment complex, prompting him to drop the lawsuit. The filing did not reveal the settlement terms.
Griffith alleged that Darez and several others attacked him outside an elevator at his apartment building on May 29, 2023, and he also claimed that more than $100,000 worth of his property was taken during the incident.
The alleged assault came one week after an encounter Griffith described in his ongoing lawsuit against Stefon. Griffith claims he was spending time at the football player’s home when he was drugged and subjected to unwanted sexual advances.

According to the complaint, Griffith alleges that Stefon exposed himself, masturbated, and motioned for Griffith to touch him. Griffith claims he refused. He also alleges that Stefon later tried to kiss him, placed his tongue in Griffith’s ear in a “kissing” manner and asked him to go to a bedroom.
Griffith further claims Darez and two women later threatened him if he spoke about the alleged incident. He says he was stripped, placed in a vehicle and taken to the airport.
Stefon and Darez have previously denied all wrongdoing. Both brothers filed defamation countersuits against Griffith.
