Stefon Diggs’ legal fight with Christopher Blake Griffith has taken another turn.
In new court filings, Griffith is asking a judge to require the NFL player to produce documents related to his finances and reputation after Diggs claimed he was harmed by Griffith’s public accusations.
Diggs sued Griffith for defamation in November 2025 after Griffith accused him of drugging, sexually assaulting, and later conspiring to kill him. Diggs denied the allegations and claimed that Griffith made the statements to gain online attention.
Now Griffith says Diggs has not provided the records needed to support his lawsuit.
According to the filing, Griffith wants access to any evidence showing Diggs lost money, business opportunities, or suffered damage to his image because of the accusations.

Griffith’s legal team argued that Diggs cannot continue pursuing the case while refusing to share the information at the center of his claims.
“[Diggs] does not get to sue and hide,” Griffith’s attorney wrote.
The filing also alleges Diggs is attempting to slow the discovery process and avoid turning over material that could be examined in court.
Griffith argued that Diggs filed the lawsuit to silence him and is now trying to “obstruct any discovery that would test his claims.”
A judge has not yet ruled on the request.
