Stacey Rusch may have parted ways with her ex-boyfriend, Thomas Anthony “TJ” Jones, but in the Season 10 premiere of The Real Housewives of Potomac, viewers were shocked to see that she had reconciled with her ex-husband, Thiemo Rusch.
“As crazy as it sounds, I am back with my husband,” Stacey said in her confessional. “Do you see this glow? I’m really happy.”
During the season 9 reunion, Stacey’s debut season, she was slammed by her fellow castmates after TJ claimed Stacey had paid him to act as her love interest. During the season, the Housewives were introduced to TJ, with whom Stacey admitted she had not been physically intimate, despite dating for months.
On Sunday night’s episode, Ashley Darby pressed her about the details of the divorce, telling Stacey boldly that there is no public record of her and Thiemo ever divorcing.
Stacey doubled down, insisting that they were divorced.
“We were notified that we were, in fact, officially divorced while we were on vacation. We just looked at each other. I think we both knew it wasn’t the end of us. We had to give each other another try,” she told producers.
Stacey continued, “And now that the divorce is final and we found our way back to each other, we’re going with the flow right now. And the flow feels good. It feels good to be back together. And we have just fallen right back into the step of things.”
