Megan Thee Stallion’s new album, MEGAN, has debuted at no.3 on the Billboard top 200 album charts after selling more than 63,000 copies, but according to some reports, Spotify removed 3 million streams after allegedly detecting “bot-like” streams.
The news was reported by No Jumper.
The album has not been a huge a hit as her fans had hoped but the rapper, who is currently on tour, seemed unbothered.
Megan is now the biggest-selling debut from a female rap artist of the year thus far and one of the song’s tracks, “Mamushi,” is going viral so it could see the album fly back to the top of the charts.

Meg is an American rapper. Originally from Houston, Texas, she first garnered attention when videos of her freestyling became popular on social media platforms such as Instagram. She signed with 300 Entertainment in 2018, and saw her mainstream breakthrough in the following year with the release of her singles: “Hot Girl Summer” (featuring Ty Dolla Sign and Nicki Minaj) and “Cash Shit” (featuring DaBaby); the former peaked at number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100, while the latter received quadruple platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
