Spectacular Smith, a founding member of Pretty Ricky, has been sued by a woman who alleges he sexually assaulted her during a meeting arranged after he contacted her through Instagram.
Alexis Dieng filed the lawsuit in August, according to TMZ, accusing Smith of reaching out to her in October 2025 and asking for restaurant recommendations.
Dieng claims their conversations continued and that Smith eventually made plans to meet her in person. According to the complaint, he first provided one location, then directed her to a residence in Maricopa County, Arizona.
She says she arrived there alone at about 10:30 p.m. the next day.
The lawsuit alleges Smith initiated physical contact and then engaged in sexual intercourse with Dieng without her consent.
Dieng also claims Smith placed his hands on her neck and applied enough pressure to restrict her breathing. She alleges he recorded some or all of the incident without her knowledge or consent.
“We plan to seek justice for our client,” Dieng’s attorney, Benjamin Taylor, told the news outlet.
Smith rose to fame with Pretty Ricky, the Miami group known for early 2000s hits including “Grind With Me” and “Your Body.”
