Southern Charm’s Chleb Ravenell says that his ex-girlfriend Kathryn Dennis pushed him to be on the show.
“I’m going to be completely honest with you, I got sent the episode a couple of days before, and I kind of skipped through it because it was really, really emotional for me. I literally couldn’t watch it,” Chleb told ET Online.
He continued, “I didn’t date Kathryn to really be on the show, I dated Kathryn because I loved her. Kathryn was the one who was like ‘Hey, you should be on the show. You’ve got a good personality. I think it will be good for you.’ It took a lot of convincing because I played football and that’s what I wanted to be known for. And then to transition into something I don’t know….”
Chleb says he’s been friends with the group for about 8 years, so he did not feel disconnected. Fans love Chleb and hope he is on the next season too.
