Soulja Boy Says Drake Denied “Super Soak” Diss

Lyndon Abioye |

After Drake dropped a snippet of his new “Super Soak” track with Lil Yachty, Soulja fans and the rapper himself, felt it was a diss aimed at the “Crank That” rapper.

Soulja says that he reached out to Drake and the Canadian rapper denied the song was a diss aimed at him.

“I got to the bottom of that and I hollered at Drake and them, and it wasn’t no diss,” he told TMZ. “That song was a snippet, that was a leak. That song wasn’t even supposed to come out. That’s Lil Yachty song, but shout out to the boy Drake.”

On the song, Drake raps: “I’m watching the moves, playin’ it close / SOD, super soak.”

Soulja Boy owns a record label named Stacks on Deck. The rapper also has a song of the same title that he released back in 2007.

After the snippet dropped, Soulja hopped online to warn Drake not to disrespect or sneak diss him.
