Skip Bayless announced Lil Wayne as a cohost one FS1’s Undisputed every Friday.
“He is so deep when it comes to sports. He doesn’t yell or scream, but he does get emotional. And you hang on his every word because, trust me, he has thought through every single word,” Skip told his viewers.
“I like to say that I see things and say things others don’t; Wayne is my match. That’s why I love him so much. That’s why we text so much about sports. We’re kindred spirits, but we do see things differently, but very deeply,” he continued.
FS1 Undisputed cohost Shannon Sharpe exited the show two months ago.
“You’ve embraced me and allowed me to become your favorite TV uncle, and for that, I’m forever grateful,” Sharpe told Skip at the time. “You’ve rocked with me when you knew very little about Shannon Sharpe. The guy that can come out here and talk, hopefully, you’ve found me entertaining. Hopefully, you’ve found me educational. Hopefully, you found all the things that I gave you that you looked for when you came and tuned in and watched me and this man for seven years.”
