Sister Wives star Meri Brown finally walked away from her marriage to Kody Brown even though Robyn Brown seemingly tried to get her to stay in the marriage.
Viewers of the show were skeptical of Robyn’s tears and have believed for a long time that it was always Robyn’s plan to have Kody all to herself…which she finally achieved at the end of the last season.
In a recent interview, Meri was asked whether she truly believed that Robyn wanted her to remain a part of her polygamous marriage with Kody.
“I don’t know. I don’t know,” Meri said on the The Sarah Fraser Show. “I think that she did want me to stay. I feel like that she was sad. I feel like that she had this idea, when she came in the family, of, you know, this big plural family. I really think that.”
Meri added that “things were not matching up either” and that “There was a lot of confusion, let’s just say.”
Meri says that she sometimes sees and talks to Kody and Robyn but that it’s not often.
Robyn claimed on the show that she did not know if she would remain married to Kody as she signed up for a polygamous marriage.
