Sinaloa Cartel Member Sues Diddy For Allegedly Ruining His Drug Business

A member of the Sinaloa drug cartel filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs and Bad Boy Entertainment, claiming he ruined his drug business.

Cartel member Alfredo P. Gonzalez, who is currently incarcerated in Colorado, says that Diddy defamed him and ruined his business rep in New York by speaking negatively about him after he allegedly refused to traffic minors for the disgraced moguls for his parties.

After turning down Diddy’s business proposal, he alleges he was told the music executive would make his life “hell.”

He was hoping to receive $666,000 in damages, but Chief U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain quickly dismissed the case.

The judge ruled that Gonzalez was not protected by the law as his injuries stemmed from illegal activities and that his claims were frivolous, lacking “an arguable basis either in law or in fact.”

Fans were shocked by the lawsuit, and even 50 Cent reacted to the lawsuit’s dismissal.

“Ok, I have seen it all WTF is going on here,” he wrote in a quick post and delete.
