Simon Guobadia, the estranged husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams is trying to stop her from filming in their joint home.
Simon is now demanding that Porsha hand over any communications from the producers about her “return and participation as a cast member to” the show. He also wants her passport details about any hotels she’s paid for recently.
Simon says he “does not consent to the release, disclosure or publication of any photograph of the property, nor does he consent to the taping, filming or recording of the property, including any aspects of any activity in or about the property.”
He included proof that he paid for the $7 million mansion and even though they both lived in the home, he is the sole owner as only his name is on the deeds
RadarOnline does report that their prenup states he should vacate the home 30 days after a divorce is filed. Porsha filed for divorce in late February.
