Porsha Williams’ estranged husband, Simon Guobadia, is demanding that The Real Housewives of Atlanta producers hand over the receipts to help with their messy divorce battle.
According to new court documents recently obtained by RadarOnline.com, Simon demanded a representative from True Entertainment, sit down for a videotaped deposition on May 20 in Georgia.
During the sitdown, Simon wants them to hand over all unreleased show footage from the series’ upcoming season. He is also demanding a copy of Porsha’s contract with the show, as she will be returning for the next season after a lengthy hiatus. Simon wants to know Porsha’s salary plus have access to any communications she’s had with her ex, Dennis McKinley and conversations with producers about their split.
Porsha filed for divorce in February after news of Simon’s alleged immigration fraud came to light.
