Simon Guobadia Claims ‘RHOA’s Porsha Williams Allegedly Earned $9 Million In 2024

Porsha Williams’ ex-husband, Simon Guobadia, has revealed the Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s alleged earnings as he fights to overturn their divorce settlement.

In court documents filed last month, Simon, 61, claimed Porsha made “approximately $8,000,000 to $9,000,000” in 2024, citing her scripted talent deal with NBCUniversal. He argued, “The terms of the Prenuptial Agreement evidence Husband’s intent to compensate his Wife, in the event of a divorce, for not earning the income that she was earning when she was employed with RHOA and Dish Nation prior to marrying him.”

Simon said Porsha, 44, failed to disclose her return to RHOA when they negotiated the prenup in November 2022. He also accused her of breaching confidentiality provisions by spilling the tea about his finances on the Bravo series and in interviews.

Porsha has pushed back, and so far, the courts have sided with her. On June 10, a judge upheld the prenuptial agreement.

Under the prenup, the Southern Beauty keeps the $7 million marital home and receives $40,000 a month in spousal support for 14 months. She also secured 50 percent of the property’s equity, three years to decide whether to sell or assume the mortgage, a 2021 Rolls-Royce, additional cars, and $224,000 in legal fees.

Guobadia, who was deported from the U.S. in June, claimed his company, Simcol, lost $296 million after his ICE detention. The court dismissed the argument, ruling that the claim “strains credibility.”

A ruling on Guobadia’s appeal is still pending.
