Sidney Starr is due back in court this week as prosecutors move to keep the alleged victim’s sexual history out of her child molestation case.
Prosecutors filed a rape shield motion on Thursday asking the judge to block discussion of the alleged victim’s past sex life unless allowed under state law.
The filing comes days after the Love & Hip Hop alum was denied bond and ordered to remain jailed while the case moves forward.
Starr was arrested on August 2 and charged with sodomy, aggravated child molestation and sexual battery involving a child under 16.
Police say Starr met the male at an Embassy Suites in Hapeville, Georgia, before the two went to her hotel room. Starr told investigators that he said he was 18 but his parents later told police he was younger than 16.

Starr has denied the allegations and said she intends to fight the charges.
Court records also show prosecutors filed a certificate of discovery and a notice of prosecution’s intent Thursday, signaling that the case is moving into its next stage.
The rape shield request could determine how much the defense is allowed to explore the alleged victim’s prior sexual history during future proceedings.
Starr is scheduled to return to court on Thursday for her plea and arraignment and remains in custody after the judge denied bond.
