Pop singer Shakira is reportedly now dating race car driver Lewis Hamilton.
Their romance is new.
“They’re spending time together and in the ‘getting to know you’ stage,” a source told People. “It’s fun and flirty.”
Shakira split from former soccer player Gerard Piqué in Jun. 2022 after they dated for over a decade. Shakira attended the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix in Barcelona, Spain, where Lewis came in second place.
“We regret to confirm that we are separating,” a statement released on Shakira’s behalf read ay the time. “For the well-being of our children, who are our highest priority, we ask that you respect our privacy. Thank you for your understanding.” The Columbia native and Gerard have two sons, Milan, 10, and Sasha, 8.
Shakira was recently recognized as Billboard’s Woman of the Year at the Latin Women in Music Gala.
