Sean Kingston is facing 10 charges in Broward County following his arrest in California last week hours.
Kingston and his mother, Janice Turner, are accused of committing more than $1 million in fraud.
Kingston has been charged with one count of organized scheme to defraud, four counts of criminal use of personal identification information, two counts of grand theft greater than $100,000, one count of grand theft greater than $20,000, and one count of fraud.

His mother is facing eight charges: one count of organized scheme to defraud, three counts of criminal use of personal identification information, two counts of grand theft over $100,000, one count of grand theft over $20,000, and one count of fraud.
