Sean “Diddy” Combs Faces New Child S*xual Assault Allegations!

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused in a new lawsuit of sexually assaulting a minor at a Hollywood Hills networking event in 2007.

An anonymous John Doe filed the complaint in Los Angeles court on Monday, alleging that Diddy, 56, gave him alcohol and sexually assaulted him when he was a child actor, according to court documents. Diddy, who is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence after being convicted on federal sex-crimes charges, has denied the new allegations through a representative.

The accuser claims he met Diddy at the event while working as a child actor and that the music mogul asked to speak with him privately about possible career opportunities. In the filing, the man alleges Diddy took him to “the back rooms” of the venue, gave him alcohol, and began to “touch” and “rub” him.

The lawsuit alleges Diddy then performed oral sex on the minor while “simultaneously touching himself,” despite the accuser saying he felt uncomfortable. According to the complaint, Combs allegedly told him he would “see where they would go from there for the role he had in mind” before leaving the room.

Juda Engelmayer, a representative for Diddy, denied the claims in a statement.

“The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous,” Engelmayer said. “He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”

The lawsuit also names talent agents who allegedly represented the man as a child actor, and they failed to protect him from being placed around powerful adults in the entertainment industry without proper supervision.

The accuser is suing for childhood sexual assault, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent supervision of a minor, and false imprisonment. He is seeking unspecified damages, costs, and fees, as well as a jury trial.
