Sarah Ferguson is back in the headlines after former staffers made new claims about her behavior behind the scenes, and a source says the Duchess of York is worried the fallout may grow.
The allegations come from accounts in Andrew Lownie’s book Entitled, in which former employees described working for Ferguson as stressful, intense, and at times “chaotic.” One longtime aide compared the experience to handling “fifty jealous lovers.”
The accounts also include allegations of expenses, requests for complimentary products, and unusual day-to-day demands, and some staff members say they were left “embarrassed” while trying to manage situations related to Ferguson’s personal and professional life.

Now, a source claims Ferguson is upset by the allegations and anxious about what could come next.
“Sarah is furious and insisting the stories are unfair,” the source told Closer. “But everyone can see she’s panicked over this.”
“She’s always been able to charm her way through a crisis,” the source continued. “This is her worst nightmare.” The source added that Ferguson is concerned that more former employees may speak publicly.
“Her reputation is rock bottom already,” the insider said. “The last thing she needs is more humiliating personal details laid bare.”
