Russell Wilson Says “Not Today Satan” After Explosive Epstein Jet Link

Lyndon Abioye |

Russell Wilson is shutting down speculation after his name appeared in newly released documents connected to the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein.

The quarterback addressed the issue directly on X on Feb. 1. “NOPE!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT! Not TODAY satan!” Wilson wrote. “Some random plane broker tried to sell me a plane. I had no idea whose plane and never bought the plane. Never talked nor never met the man. Thank God!!!”

Wilson’s name surfaced in emails between Epstein and his longtime pilot in 2019 discussing a possible sale of a Gulfstream jet. One message claimed Wilson had shown interest in the aircraft and wanted to wait until after signing a contract extension with the Seattle Seahawks before moving forward.

The emails also noted that Wilson toured the plane with his wife, Ciara, who was described as “a fairly popular singer.”

Wilson’s publicist later clarified that he “never purchased the aircraft, nor was he aware that any aircraft discussed by third parties had any connection to Epstein.”

Wilson ultimately bought a different Gulfstream jet in 2020 through a Seattle-based company. Photos of that plane later appeared on social media after he was traded to the Denver Broncos.

Now with the New York Giants, Wilson made clear he wants no part of the controversy, insisting the situation was simply a misunderstanding involving a plane broker and nothing more.
