Russell Westbrook finally responded to Skip Bayless who disrespected him by calling him “Russell Westbrick.”
“Lakers acquire a 2nd-round pick, take Michigan State’s Max Christie, who shot only 32% from 3 last season. Perfect! He’ll fit right in with LeBron and Westbrick,” Bayless tweeted.
Westbrook reported the tweet and wrote,” “Yoooo… watch your mouth. Don’t say anything here you wouldn’t say to my face.”
Bayless blames Westbrook’s fans for the years long beef.
In March on “The Skip Bayless Show,” Bayless talked about an incident from 2012 where he received death threats after he trashed Westbrook.
In March, Westbrook’s wife called Bayless “a bully.”
“You are very disrespectful and a bully,” she tweeted. “This is why so many young people think it’s okay to exhibit this type of behavior. Social media has become such heinous place because of people like you. My name is Westbrook.”
