Russell Brand Accuser Claims He Gr*ped Her at Radio Station While Others Watched

Russell Brand’s latest accuser claims he sexually assaulted her in front of several witnesses who failed to intervene, leaving her feeling “dirty, shocked, stunned and shaken.”

The woman testified at London’s Southwark Crown Court that the alleged incident occurred at a radio station in the mid-2000s, when Brand was a prominent British television personality.

“There were witnesses,” she said, according to Sky News.

Identified as Complainant 4 because of her legal right to anonymity, the woman alleged that Brand grabbed her face and pushed his body against hers, forcing her backward.

She claimed he then touched her breast and buttocks before pinning her against a wall. According to her testimony, a woman and three men were nearby but did not step in. When she shoved Brand away and swore at him, the comedian allegedly responded with a laugh-like sound, prompting one of the men to laugh.

“I actually do not gain a single thing,” the accuser told Brand’s attorney, Ian Winter, explaining that she decided to report the alleged encounter after briefly watching a 2023 documentary investigating accusations against Brand.

Prosecutors have maintained that the six women involved in the case do not know one another.

Brand, 51, faces three rape charges, three sexual assault charges and one indecent assault charge.

He denies all seven charges and has pleaded not guilty. His defense has not yet been presented at trial.
