Rudolph W. Giuliani, Donald Trump’s former personal attorney and the former mayor of New York City, has been held in contempt after he failed to hand over his assets to two Georgia election workers who won a defamation lawsuit against him.
The election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss were awarded $146 million in damages, accusing them of switching votes to hurt Trump in Atlanta. Trump lost the popular vote in the state.
Giuliani had already turned over more than a dozen luxury watches, furniture, and baseball memorabilia and began transferring ownership of his $6 million New York apartment to them.

Hopefully he's held in contempt and sanctioned.

The transfers have not all been completed before the December 20th deadline and the judge suspects Giuliani is up to no good.
“The defendant has attempted to run the clock by stalling,” the judge said. “Discovery is not supposed to be a shell game where the hidden ball is moved around and around.”
His attorney slammed the ruling.
“This case is about lawfare and the weaponization of the legal system in New York City,” Giuliani’s attorney, Joseph Cammarata, said in a statement.
