Romanian Police Raid Andrew Tate’s Home Amid Human Trafficking Investigation

Lyndon Abioye |

Andrew Tate’s Romanian home was raided by law enforcement amid the internet personality and former kickboxing champion’s investigation for human trafficking and sex with a minor.

Reports say that at least a dozen masked law enforcement officers entered his property before escorting Tate out of the house to a car.

“Anything to put me in jail except to give me a trial. No trial, no judge, this country is crazy,” an uncuffed Tate told reporters.

Romanian police issued a statement saying they have launched four home search warrants in Bucharest and Ilfov county.

Police said they were investigating allegations of human trafficking, sexual intercourse with a minor, organizing a criminal group, influencing statements and money laundering.

He strongly denies the allegations.

Before being led away, Tate told reporters, “Two years, no victims, no pictures of victims, the case falls apart, and this all happens again … What I’ve done wrong, who knows? It’s certainly not human trafficking.”
