Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have settled their revenge porn lawsuit before it headed to trial.
Last week, Blac Chyna’s attorney said she was looking forward to the trial.
“Chyna is very pleased that the trial judge denied Rob’s motion to ‘enforce’ a settlement that never existed,” the attorney told Us Weekly. “Without a settlement, Chyna will prove her case to a Los Angeles jury on June 20 that Rob posted devastating revenge porn of her to millions of his Instagram followers without her consent.”
In 2017 Kardashian posted sexually explicit photos of Chyna to his Instagram and Twitter. He alleged he paid for her plastic surgery.
She hit him with a temporary restraining order.
Last month, Kardashian’s attorneys claimed that he and Chyna previously came to a settlement outside of the courtroom but a judge denied the motion to dismiss the case. The amount of the settlement has not been disclosed to the public.
