Riley Burruss says she cringed after watching her explosive night on “Next Gen NYC” and quickly began repairing the friendships caught in the fallout.
Appearing on Wednesday’s “Watch What Happens Live,” Riley admitted she was wrong to say Ariana Biermann had not supported her during a fight with Georgia McCann.
“I really reflected, and I see how she really did try to be there for me,” Riley said. “So I really appreciate that.”
Despite Ariana previously saying they were not speaking, Riley insisted there is no feud.
“I texted her after that because I was like, ‘What do you mean? I didn’t know we were on bad terms,’” she said, adding that Ariana clarified her remarks. “We are good.”
Riley also addressed the cutting comments she made about Georgia, including allegations about drug use and a jab about her ability to afford a Birkin bag.
“I was like, ‘I’m so sorry. That’s not okay,’” Riley recalled telling her co-star.
She said the argument actually improved their friendship after Georgia learned more about what Riley was going through at the time but still took accountability for her actions.
“I watched it, and I was like, ‘That was bad,’” she said. “I can’t even believe that happened.”
Kandi Burruss told her daughter she needed to “take accountability” and learn from her actions. Riley said she has since reassessed her drinking and decided to “nip that in the bud.”
