RICO charges have been dropped against YSL Polo as he’s currently serving a life sentence on murder charges.
Earlier this month, Cordarius Dorsey, a.k.a. YSL Polo, was found guilty Wednesday in the 2020 fatal shooting of Xavier Arlandor Turner.
The AJC reports that the incident took place outside a barbershop at the Old National Village Discount Mall in College Park, Georgia and it was all caught on camera.

Dorsey was spotted at the scene wearing the same clothes as the gunman and fit an eye description from the eyewitness. He allegedly also sent text messages seemingly admitting to the killing.
“I’m a little disappointed that it took the state nine months to realize this is a major waste of taxpayer dollars,” YSL Polo’s attorney Chadha Jimenez said. “Mr. Dorsey should have never been part of this. He was already serving a life sentence without parole.”
YSL Polo was accused of pretending to be insane to avoid a conviction.
