Rick Ross DENIES Beating Ex-GF Jazzma After Judge Snubs Him in Court!

Rick Ross walked out of a Miami-Dade jail Thursday maintaining his innocence after being arrested on domestic battery charges tied to an alleged incident involving his former girlfriend.

“I’m totally innocent of these fabricated allegations made against me,” Ross, 50, told reporters outside the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. “I repeat, I’m totally innocent of these fabricated allegations made against me.”

The rapper, born William Leonard Roberts, faces felony battery by strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence charges stemming from an alleged Aug. 28 incident.

Yesterday morning, Ross appeared before Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Mindy S. Glazer with attorney Bradley Horenstein, who asked whether the rapper’s release could be expedited because of his celebrity status.
Glazer quickly made clear that the rapper would receive the same treatment as anyone else.

“I have no idea who you are, except as somebody here in the court who’s going to be treated fairly, just like everybody here,” she said.

Glazer found probable cause and ordered Ross to stay away from the alleged victim. Horenstein entered a not guilty plea on Ross’ behalf.

Police said Ross’ former girlfriend, Jazzma Kendrick, accused him of attacking her during an argument about an Instagram photo. She later posted an image of an injured lip on social media.

Ross continued denying the allegations after posting bond.

“Of course it’s totally fabricated, my brother,” he said, then joked about upcoming travel plans and his Sunday dinner.

Ross is due back in court Oct. 22.
