Jazzma Kendrick has opened up after revealing to her fans that she has spent the past month recovering from an alleged physical altercation with her former boyfriend, Rick Ross.
The model broke her silence again this week after accusing the rapper of assaulting her and sharing an Instagram photo showing her lip bruised and injured.
“This happened about a month ago, so I’ve had time to sit with it, process it, and start healing,” Kendrick told followers.
Her latest post came after she alleged over the weekend that Ross had used her as a “punching bag.” Alongside the photo, Kendrick wrote, “the day Rick busted my lip and the day I left.”
She also shared a warning about remaining in an abusive relationship. “It’s always good until it isn’t,” she wrote.
Kendrick and Ross first went public with their relationship in August 2025. Although they split a month later, the romance resumed, with the pair eventually making a joint red carpet appearance at the BET Awards in June.
Her allegations have since become a subject of public discussion, including commentary from Rozay’s longtime rival, 50 Cent.
“This punk put his hands on baby girl, he stressed that album didn’t sell,” 50 Cent wrote. “I’d laugh at him, but domestic violence is not a joke.”
Kendrick, meanwhile, focused her latest message on those who supported her decision to come forward. She thanked followers who “held space” for her and sent thoughtful messages.
“Speaking up wasn’t easy, but your support reminded me I made the right choice,” she wrote.
