Rick Ross has more to say about his disappointing album sales after The Game’s latest project debuted with even smaller numbers.
Ross’ Set In Stone opened with 19,214 units in July, which became ammunition for longtime rival 50 Cent. But after The Documentary III entered the Billboard 200 at No. 68 with 14,806 units, Rozay wasted little time responding.
“Set In Stone, which is out right now, did more numbers than Documentary III with what they call a stimulus package,” Rozay said via Instagram.

Set In Stone debuted at No. 39, but its mediocre opening led to jokes from social media users, including jokes from 50 Cent about Ross’ mainsteam pull.
Rozay clapped back by comparing his performance with The Game, whose album included several notable names.
“Two Kanye features, Drake, Party downstairs, Snoop Dogg, E-40, Marsha Ambrosius, Drakeo The Ruler, may he rest in peace,” said Ross while running through the guest list.
“Listen, keep hustling,” he said, speaking to The Game. “The West Coast needs you, you feel me?” he continued before adding, “For all the other artists, don’t let that s–t dictate how you move, what you create,” he said. “And you keep going.”
