The date for Jen Shah’s sentencing has been pushed to January 6, 2023.

Jen will be sentenced for pleading guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

The reality star was arrested and charged back in June with running a nationwide telemarketing scheme along with one of her assistants. Months later, she pleaded guilty, shocking her fans.

“In 2012 to March 2021 in the Southern District of New York and elsewhere I agreed with others to commit wire fraud,” she said in court. “I knew this was wrong. I knew many people were harmed and I’m so sorry.”

Recently, Andy Cohen revealed that Jen might not be back to film the next season.

“She’s being sentenced on December 15, so I don’t know what to say to people who want her on the show,” he said. “I hope that she gets no jail time whatsoever and she can come right back … but I have a feeling that she’s not going to be available to be on the show.”
