Potomac Housewife Stacey Rusch was caught on camera by producers admitting to dating Chris Samuels, the ex-husband of her soon-to-be castmate, Mo’Nique Samuels.
During a recent episode of the show, Ashley Darby confronted Stacey about the rumors, and she shot them down quickly.
“I adore Chris Samuels. He is a great man, a great father. We are good friends,” she told Ashley during the episode.
“Both of us, having gone through a divorce, we have a lot of friends in common,” Stacey went on. “And that’s what it is.”
But in the below clip, Stacey admits that while separated and divorced from her husband Thiemo Rusch, they both saw other people and that “Chris was one of those people.”
Speaking on Daily Dish, Stacey defended her decision not to spill all the tea to Ashley, who has repeatedly accused her of lying about her divorce. She has since been vindicated.
“There isn’t anything to clear up because, as I told her, I was divorced in December, and that is the truth,” Stacey said. “I can’t concern myself with what Ashley needs to know about my life. But I’m speaking my truth. I am, in fact, divorced, and I’ve maintained that from the get-go.”
