Real Housewives of Potomac star Karen Huger is facing backlash online after subbing Dr. Wendy Osefo in a reunion video message, despite Wendy having her back throughout the season.
Dr. Wendy not only defended Karen to the other Housewives amid Kanre’s DUI scandal, but she even took Karen, and only Karen, to the White House with her to interview then-White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.

In her pre-recorded video message, Karen revealed she was heading to rehab.
She started her thank-you’s with Gizelle Bryant.
“I want to get to the bottom of it, but I would be remiss if I didn’t take this time to thank those who truly touched my heart through this whole process and the first person I want to thank in the girl group is Gizelle, and I think what’s really helped me, Gizelle, is the note you put in my flowers. One step at a time. You make me very proud of our friendship outside of this show. You’re the real deal,” she began.
Karen thanked Keiarna, Jassi, and Andy Cohen and did not mention Wendy at all. Karen added that when she returns, she will return as Karen, not the Grand Dame.
“Ladies, I’m sure you’re going to do me proud and look fabulous at the reunion, but nobody sit in my seat, okay? Love you.”
Dr. Wnedy was surprised by Karen’s snub but said she had mixed feelings about it after Stacey Rusch told her about Karen calling her “self-absorbed” behind her back.
Viewers were left baffled by the move.
