Gizelle Bryant is catching heat after she used a gay slur during a recent episode of her podcast.
On her “Reasonably Shady,” podcast with Robyn Dixon, Gizelle was talking to co-host Robyn Dixon about Fox Nation’s documentary about Jussie Smollett’s hate crime hoax.
“What he did was, in case you guys don’t remember, was he staged a hate crime,” she said. “So they were supposed to put a noose around his neck, they were supposed to call him ‘f-ggot’ or something … gay empire boy or something.”
Robyn then let out a long sigh…indicting she knew the word would come back to bite them.
“They were supposed to scream that,” Gizelle explained. “These were the words that Jussie gave the trainers to do.”
The five-part documentary was released on March 13, 2023, and centers on the 2019 alleged assault of Empire actor. At the time, he claimed he was attacked by two white MAGA extremists, but his attackers were actually Black and claimed they were paid by Jussie to carry out the assault.
