During Sunday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac, cameras headed to Angel Massie’s house and delivered a shocking reveal.
“This isn’t my house,” Angel admitted. “It’s an Airbnb.”
She went on to explain that she did not book the rental long enough to cover the full filming schedule, something she realized only after receiving a text from the host that read, “Thanks so much for staying. Check out time is Monday at 12 p.m.”
Gizelle Bryant had already questioned her heavily filtered Instagram photos earlier this season, and now the Airbnb host had unintentionally exposed that Angel does not actually live in Potomac. Angel attempted to explain the situation by saying the rental was booked while she and her family were looking for permanent housing in the area.
“We were supposed to find a house by now,” she said. “That just didn’t happen.”
Angel also shared that she and her family have made no progress in finding a home in Potomac, and all of their belongings are still back in Colorado. “Everything we own is still there,” Angel confessed, leaving the group stunned by the revelation.
Angel then announced she would be hosting a cast trip to Colorado. “I’m inviting everyone to see where I really live,” she said.
The Housewives seemed to doubt Angel’s story and Wendy Osefo eventually just told Angel outright that she’d heard she had been evicted, an allegation Angel denied.
