Robyn Dixon is sharing her thoughts about the legal troubles involving Real Housewives of Potomac star Wendy Osefo and her husband, Eddie Osefo.
During a recent episode of the Reasonably Shady podcast, which she co-hosts with Gizelle Bryant, Robyn reacted to news that Wendy, 41, and Eddie, 42, will face separate trials in a case tied to alleged insurance fraud.
Authorities claim the couple staged a robbery in an attempt to collect roughly $450,000 in insurance claims. Robyn said the amount alone would have attracted investigators’ attention.
“I just thought it was not really smart to try to file $450,000 in insurance,” Dixon said on the podcast. “That’s a red flag for any insurance company.”
She also questioned the allegations that the couple allegedly created the appearance of a break-in. “Y’all really were running through the house making it look disheveled,” said Robyn. “Like, where did you put the stuff?”
Gizelle joined the conversation and joked about Wendy’s reported use of aliases, including one name that caught fans’ attention. “So when does Pam Oliver go to trial?” Gizelle said during the episode.
Robyn also speculated about how the legal strategy could unfold if the case moves forward. “It’s sounding like Eddie’s going to take the fall,” she said.
Wendy and Eddie have not publicly addressed the podcast comments. Viewers are more concerned about Gizelle’s spot on the show. She has faced increasing pressure to reveal more of her personal life on Bravo cameras and has ignored the advice. During the reunion, she was shocked to discover that she had brought so little to the season that Bravo did not even create a package for her to air during the broadcast.
