‘RHONY’ Alum Jill Zarin Faces Lawsuit Claiming $500K Investment Dispute

Jill Zarin is facing a new legal dispute tied to her pickleball business.

According to a civil complaint filed April 15 in Palm Beach County, a former business partner alleges the Real Housewives of New York City alum cut him out of a company they built together.

The lawsuit, brought by Noah Springer, claims he invested $500,000 into the venture in 2022, securing a 25 percent ownership stake and that he supported the company financially and through his work, expecting monthly compensation that he alleges stopped in May 2024.

Springer also claims he was never reimbursed for expenses and was later excluded from company accounts and decision-making, that Zarin and another partner used company funds for personal purposes and diverted business opportunities elsewhere, and that a separate company was formed to sell a pickleball-related product, which Springer alleges relied on resources and ideas connected to the original business.

Springer says he has not received any share of those profits.

In a statement included in the filing, his attorney said, “Mr. Springer’s sole goal in pursuing this action is for his ownership interests and investments to be respected and for him to be compensated adequately — nothing more, nothing less.”

The lawsuit seeks court intervention after efforts to resolve the dispute privately were unsuccessful.

Zarin faced backlash earlier this year following comments she made about the Super Bowl halftime show.

During a discussion, the former RHONY star said, “I don’t speak Spanish, I would have liked to have known the words he was saying,” adding that the performance “looked like a political statement.”

She also said, “There were literally no white people in the entire thing.”. The remarks quickly sparked criticism online and in the aftermath, the production company behind her upcoming docuseries announced it would no longer move forward with her involvement, stating it remained “committed to delivering the series in line with our company standards and values.”
