Margaret Josephs is pumping the brakes on any hope that she and Teresa Giudice will be sharing a friendly moment soon.
At BravoCon 2025, the RHONJ star was candid about why she is not ready to revisit their fractured relationship.
“Some things would have to really change and it’s not the right time,” Margaret, 58, told Us Weekly.
“There’s too many things in the way and it’s just not correct.” Even with the distance between them, she said she worries about Teresa. “I don’t wish her any ill. I think she has enough pain and enough horrible things going on, and I’m concerned for her.” She added that she never wants to see harm come Teresa’s way, though rebuilding a bond is off the table for now.
Just before BravoCon, Teresa met up with her brother Joe Gorga and sister in law Melissa Gorga after years of public tension. Margaret weighed in on that moment, too, saying she hopes it comes from a real place.
“It’s their family. I want it to be genuine for the sake of Melissa and Joe. I know it’s genuine on their part,” she shared. She also believes the family should continue the work privately. “Things like this have to be done in a therapeutic setting and behind closed doors and not in the press. This has been done many, many times.”
Margaret admitted she is wary of Teresa’s motives.
“I feel it shouldn’t be played out in the press and I think it’s weird to be played out in the press, but that’s just me,” she said. “Not every move you make needs to be a public statement.”
Still, she insisted she has always wanted peace for the Gorga and Giudice families.
