Milania Giudice had fans worried after a deleted social media video appeared to capture a heated moment involving police, her mother Teresa Giudice, and sister Gia Giudice.
Milania filmed part of the encounter herself, repeatedly saying, “This is what we do now,” as officers appeared in the background. Teresa could be heard telling her daughter, “I love you,” before Milania responded, “Shut the f–k up.”
The video disappeared soon after, and Milania has not said what led to the apparent police involvement.
Her latest post arrives after months of legal and personal turmoil.
Milania was arrested in June in connection with a domestic dispute, according to court records cited by Page Six. During a later arraignment, a judge alleged that she struck another person in the forehead with her fist.

She was enrolled in anger management classes, and her court date was postponed until September 29. She has not publicly addressed the arrest.
Then, in late July, Milania lost her close friend Victoria Zardoya in a fatal accident on Egmont Key in Florida.
A friend later wrote that Victoria suffered fatal injuries in “a devastating fall” while the group was exploring ruins at Fort Dade.
