‘RHOM’s Lenny Hochstein Sued Over Alleged Cosmetic Surgery Complications

Three women are suing celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein, alleging procedures performed at his North Miami Beach center left them with severe pain, permanent physical changes and the possibility of more surgery.

The malpractice complaints were filed in July 2026 against Hochstein and Surgery Center of North Miami LLC. Hochstein was previously married to Lisa Hochstein, a star of The Real Housewives of Miami.

In one case, a 46-year-old woman says she underwent several procedures in May 2025, including a tummy tuck, liposuction, fat grafting and breast surgery. After being sent home that day, she allegedly developed worsening pain, swelling and discoloration near her abdominal incision. A later operation in California reportedly uncovered fluid buildup and dead tissue.

The woman claims months of “painful and invasive wound management” followed, leaving her with scarring and deformity.

Another patient alleges a mesh product was used during her breast augmentation without proper disclosure that it was being used “off-label.” She claims Hochstein documented a change in her breast position but did not intervene. A different surgeon performed revision surgery months later.

The third woman alleges she suffered breast asymmetry, chronic pain and cleavage distortion following operations in 2022 and 2023.

“Every one of these patients has suffered, and continues to suffer, emotional harm,” Morgan & Morgan founder John Morgan and attorney Jack Cook said in a statement to PEOPLE.

The attorneys said the alleged injuries affected “intimate parts of the body tied directly to a person’s identity” and damaged the patients’ trust in their surgeon.
