Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador has responded to the backlash she’s received over her ongoing beef with Katie Ginella.
Shannon and Katie clashed over revelations that Katie had secretly recorded one of her meltdowns and shared it with her husband.
During an appearance on Jeff Lewis Live, Shannon defended her behavior.
“There’s just barely any truth with Katie [Ginella], and I understand what you’re saying about other people get passes,” Shannon told a caller who pressed her about her treatment of Katie. “But Katie did a lot of bad things and the bottom line is you’re not allowed to record anybody in California without their knowledge and she did that.”
“It’s really frustrating when stuff like that comes out ’cause, of course, you want to defend yourself, but at the same time, I don’t want to give it life. I was dancing right after my conversation with Katie, having fun,” Shannon continued.
While Katie has apologized and is trying to move on from the fallout, Shannon is continuing to drag out the beef, even joining forces with her arch nemesis Tamra Judge, to try and take Katie down.
Katie still remains a fan favorite.
The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Thursday nights on Bravo at 8/7c and streams the following day on Peacock.
