Paul “PK” Kemsley, the estranged husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley, has filed for joint custody of their children, son Jagger, 10, and daughter Phoenix, 9.
PK doesn’t just want joint custody…he wants the judge to shut down any claims of spousal support.
The filing follows Dorit’s initial filing, which requested sole legal and physical custody of their children and spousal support.
The couple announced their separation last May in a joint statement shared on social media.
“We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together,” the reality stars wrote at the time. “We have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children.”
Since then, Dorit has accused PK of struggling with alcohol issues and of being verbally and emotionally abusive towards her, something that he denies.
