According to court documents, Erika Jayne’s estranged husband Tom Girardi, allegedly wired his mistress Tricia A. Bigelow $300,000 in misused funds to purchase a beach condo.
Erika Jayne reacted to the news on Instagram.
“Wow. I knew about jewelry, shopping sprees, and plastic surgery but this really threw me for a loop,” she captioned the post.
In 2020, Erika shared that Tom had been cheating on her. Some did not believe her. She then filed for divorce after 20 years of marriage.
“This is Justice Tricia A. Bigelow. She was f-cking my husband Tom Girardi and he was paying her Saks bill and paying for her plastic surgery,” Erika wrote at the time via Instagram.
Erika also shared the news with the other Housewives.
“I knew a lot because it was so hard to hide and, you know, he was sloppy,” she said. But she said she stayed because she had nowhere else to go. “Where am I going? … He told me straight up, ‘This is my house.’ Where am I going?”
