Erika Jayne says she’d have to pay alimony if she divorced her estranged husband Tom Girardi.
“It’s ironic, but if I was divorced from Tom, I’d have to pay him alimony,” Jayne said on last night’s episode of the show, “I’ll stay married, thanks.”
“I can’t get a divorce right now. Like, I’m legally separated, so my life has moved on and everything is separate. But I can’t get a divorce right now. There’s so much legal sh-t going on,” she told Lisa Rinna on FaceTime. “It’s a weird time and I’m really ready for it to be over.”
The Girardi Keese law firm, Tom Girardi and Erika Jayne were sued in 2019 for allegedly misappropriating settlement funds and money owed for to plaintiffs in litigation against Boeing over the 2018 crash of Lion Air flight 610.
Erika denied any knowledge of Tom’s alleged crimes and has already been dismissed from some of the lawsuits.
