The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne has defended Shannon Beador recently following Alexis Bellino’s shameless goading of the reality star… but she says it’s time for Shannon to quit drinking.
Shannon was involved in a shocking hit and run after becoming inebriated, but despite the drama and legal action taken against her, she is seen drinking in front of the cameras.
“I would prefer not to see her drinking while she’s in such a terrible time,” Erika told the Two Ts in a Pod podcast. “I think that that’s counterproductive. So when I see her order a cocktail, I’m like, ‘God, don’t do that,’ if you’re in a bad place.”
Erika Jayne is not judging Shannon, but is speaking from her own experiences.
“I was trying to die. I was trying to hurt myself. I was really trying to not wake up and not hear it anymore. I was tired, so I didn’t care. I don’t know what she is feeling. But that’s true, I wanted it to stop — all of it,” she said, referring to the fallout of her estranged husband’s embezzlement allegations.
“I made choices to numb myself, bad choices, and I know this, which is why I continue to stay in therapy,” she added.
Shannon still denies having an alcohol problem, but fans agree that Shannon should avoid alcohol altogether.
