RHOBH’s Erika Jayne has reportedly been hit with a $50 million racketerring lawsuit.
According to Page Six, the Housewife was served the papers when she returned from a vacation in Hawaii.
“I just wanted to give you these documents. This is a summons and complaint to serve you,” the woman said in video footage obtained by Page Six tells Erika who does not look happy.
The documents, filed by Edelson PC claims Erika and her ex-husband Tom Girardi “routinely misappropriated client settlement money to project an image of wealth and to prop up a lifestyle made for reality TV.”
Earlier this year, the star was hit with a $55 million racketeering lawsuit which accused her of being a “frontwoman” for Girardi’s “schemes.” Erika denies being a frontwoman for her husband and claims she had no idea he had been embezzling money from his clients.
Erika has not been cut from the show even though her legal drama has been immense.
