Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne has opened up about the current status of her relationship with her ex, Tom Girardi.
The reality star recently met with some of the victims of Tom’s fraud. During an appearance on WWHL, she opened up to Andy Cohen about the meet-up.
“I don’t know. That would be an answer that they would have to give. But I certainly didn’t feel that they were being unjustly harsh. I felt very comfortable. I went there with an open heart. They were very nice to me, and they didn’t have to be. I’m sure that they were very hurt, still,” she told Andy.
“I’ve always had empathy for them,” she added. “It’s just that timing is very important when you’re in litigation, and we met discussing corruption, judicial lending, and banking in the legal industry.”
As for Tom…
“Tom… he calls me every now and then. I don’t really know [how he’s doing] because I don’t see him [but] he’s always cheerful on the phone. Sometimes with [it], sometimes without, it depends on the day,” she shared.
