Erika Jayne claims is alleging that two attorneys who worked with Tom Girardi’s law firm, Girardi & Keese, are extorting her and her ex.
The attorneys have filed a $5 million fraud lawsuit against her and Tom.
“Extortion. This is what Im dealing with,” she wrote on Instagram.
“Erika believes she can accuse our clients of extortion by making public statements about them but in the same breath, wants to conceal the facts that would show the falsity of this statement. We will not let this happen,” Ronald Richards told Page Six.
Erika is accused of receiving $25 million from her estranged husband.
In July, the Housewife was named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed by a bankruptcy trustee seeking to recoup some of those dollars. Her expenses were high, including $850,000 on hair, makeup and nail stylists; at least $1.3 million on promotion and marketing; and $14 million in American Express charges.
